Through the sliding of layers over one another, and through erosion by wind and rain, a constantly changing landscape emerges. This principle is central to the folly. It functions as a human polishing machine— not through technology, but through repetitive actions. By sliding through the barn, humans reveal the pattern. Over time, smooth tiles are formed that can be used. The tiles are replaced, and the process begins again. Every day, the folly changes, just like the landscape.
